VS2005 Snippets - More, More, More!

Visual Studio has been the leader in development tools for a long time now.  Things like Snippets are the reason why.  It's a shame that it's just a code thing.  I did notice that there is some support in the XML editor - for example do a Ctrl-K, Ctrl-X in Web.Config or a sitemap file.  But, I would really like it in Markup View of an ASPX page.  I can still rely on the abilty to drag-n-drop code with the toolbox - a technique that I use for demo's where there is a lot of code to type.

A resource to check out on this is GotCodeSnippets.  There is some interesting free snippets for C# and VB.NET, and you can upload new ones.  Furthermore, the site is RSS enabled so you can just wait for the next upload.

And don't forget to check out the snippet editors out there, VB.NET Snippet Editor and C# Snippet Editor (Snippy).
